By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to be bound by these Terms. Should you object to any portion of these terms, then you should not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
CollectiveInfoPoint offers high-end yacht chartering services, which include a range of options:
- Day-long yacht hires
- Evening sails
- Business retreats
- Exclusive gatherings
- Lengthy yacht charters
All services are contingent on availability and favorable weather conditions. We maintain the right to alter or terminate services at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a yacht charter, you must:
- Have reached the age of 18 years
- Supply truthful and complete information
- Remit the requisite deposit as detailed in your reservation confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A reservation is regarded as confirmed exclusively upon payment receipt and our issuance of written confirmation. We assert the right to reject service to any individual at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is dependent on the scheduling of the yacht and appropriate weather conditions. We will strive to meet your preferred dates and times to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All price quotes are in € and incorporate relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are liable to change with no prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A payment of 50% of the total charter cost is due at the time of booking
- Balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
- Incidental fees (if any): Payable following the conclusion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
Major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques are accepted methods of payment. Payment processing is executed using secure, encrypted systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With more than 72 hours notice before departure: Complete refund minus transaction fees
- Between 24-72 hours notice before departure: 50% refund
- With less than 24 hours notice before departure: No refund will be provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the case that weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose the following:
- Schedule a new date for your charter without any additional fee
- Issue a full refund if a new date cannot be arranged
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If the vessel dedicated to your charter experiences mechanical issues, our priority is to offer an appropriate alternative. In the absence of a suitable replacement, we will provide a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests must:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Don the safety equipment provided as needed
- Inform us of any health conditions that may impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following articles are not permitted on board:
- Glass vessels
- Unlawful substances
- Firearms or weaponry
- Excessive amounts beyond reasonable consumption
- Pets (unless previously authorized)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is considerate to others. Charter services may be halted early without refund if the behavior of any passenger constitutes a danger or interferes with the experience of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is capped at the total amount you have paid for your charter. We bear no responsibility for:
- Injury to oneself due to personal negligence
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Secondary, consequential, or punitive losses
- Delays caused by weather or other factors outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is in place to cover our vessels and operations. Charter guests are responsible for securing their own travel and personal insurance arrangements.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our yacht services implies that you are aware of the inherent dangers associated with nautical activities and that you accept the responsibility for your personal safety during the charter.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to adapt itineraries, routes, or timetables due to weather, safety assessments, or other necessary considerations. We will endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives when adjustments are made.
9. Force Majeure
We are exempt from liability for hindrances, delays, or modifications arising from events outside our control, including, but not restricted to:
- Extreme weather
- Natural disasters
- Regulatory mandates
- Harbor closures
- Equipment failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your confidential data is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Usage of our services implies agreement to our data gathering and utilization as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
