Our charters come with experienced crew members, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. The exact inclusions can vary depending on the type of service you choose — for instance, sunset cruises offer premium refreshments and snacks, while corporate charters feature meeting facilities and options for professional catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure a reservation, it's best to book your charter 2–3 weeks ahead. For prime season, which spans May to September, we advise booking. Planning a corporate gathering or a special celebration? Book 4–6 weeks early to ensure wide selection and for arranging personalized touches.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is safety. In the event of unfavorable weather as judged by our captain, an alternate charter date will be offered or a full reimbursement will be issued. We keep a close eye on weather patterns and will reach out if forecasts 24 hours prior to your departure are unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Absolutely, guests are permitted to bring their own meals and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We additionally offer excellent catering services with menus that can be tailored to your taste preferences. Please note, for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to cater to all our guests' needs. Certain yachts are more equipped with accessibility features than others. Should you have particular requirements, do get in touch at the time of booking, and we will guide you to the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is provided. Cancel within 24–72 hours and receive a refund of 50%. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
